Xsys Engineering Inc. was founded in 2007 in Mountain House, California, by the Cosner family and became an incorporated California corporation in 2009. Our engineering team brings together over a century of combined expertise across the industries we serve, including semiconductor and automated nano-technologies, hard disk and data storage, optics and MEMs, and the rapidly growing alternative energy sector—spanning solar, advanced battery technologies, gasification, and select bio-energy solutions.

Since our inception, we have earned a reputation for delivering exceptional service and technical excellence to a wide-ranging customer base. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, international corporations, and small family-owned businesses throughout the Bay Area—and everything in between.
